Red City - Slighty Spicy Salmon

I love salmon that tastes like salmon.
Sounds stupid doesn't it? But just think about that for a minute. So many times you end up just tasting the glaze or marinade, not the actual meal.
That's why I love this simple salmon dish. Not only is it fast and incredible easy, but it brings out and enhances the natural flavour of the fish. Which, when you think about it, is the point anyway.
This dish can be altered to serve however many people you need it to. It also works well with salmon steaks. I have yet to try it on a whole fish, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work.

2 salmon fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoons Silk Road's Marrakesh Salmon Seasoning

See told you it was easy.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a measuring cup, mix olive oil with seasoning.
place salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin side down.
I always use a basting brush, I just find it easier, evenly coat the salmon.
Bake for about 10 - 12 mins, or until fish flakes.
You can also do these on the BBQ over medium heat for about 10 mins.
BTW - it's an easy dish to make for just yourself too, which is how I usually have it (and hey, it's better then cheese and crackers!)

** Note - the recipe how it stands right now is Gluten Free. And remember, Silk Road ships!
