I was playing around in the kitchen one day and I came across a fabulous concoction. It has been a great "go-to" ever since, plus, it's cheap and easy - what more could you want?
2 whole pork tenderloins, sliced into 1.5 inch thick rounds.
5 Tablespoons Silk Road's Lemon Pepper
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (more if you wish - this is a "to taste" recipe)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
8 Tablespoons soy sauce
Place all ingredients in a large ziplock bag, squish around - making sure all pork is coated with sauce. Marinate overnight (or up to 2 days).
Dump contents into a fry pan, cook over medium heat until cooked through - about 12 - 15 mins, turning often.
Add more of whatever ingredient you wish if needed. I usually sprinkle a bit more Lemon Pepper on top while it's cooking.
Serve with rice. A constant star in our house.
** Note: Silk Road's Lemon Pepper is GF, however this is not always the case - please read labels carefully. And remember - Silk Road ships!
