1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
24 uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
1 egg, beaten
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine coconut, shake`n bake, and spices in a shallow bowl.
Dip each shrimp in egg, then roll in coating mix until evenly coated, place on baking sheet, leaving room around each shrimp.
Bake 10 - 12 mins, or until shrimp are tender.
Serve on platter with cocktail sauce.
These look AMAZING! I'm obsessed with coconut shrimp right now... Going to give it a try thanks for the recipe!
